AcademicTuning started from a simple observation: most "AI writing tools" for students are really just essay generators with a friendlier name. We built something different — a platform that analyzes a draft you've already written, formats citations you've already found, and flags submissions that look AI-generated for a teacher to review.
There is no feature anywhere on this platform that accepts a bare topic and returns a finished paper. That's not a limitation we're working around — it's the entire point.

Honest About What's AI
Your drafts and submissions are sent to our AI providers (a budget model and a premium model) to generate results. We don't pretend otherwise.
Advisory, Not Automatic
The AI content detector produces a likelihood score for a human teacher to review — it never issues a grade, penalty, or report on its own.
Secure Payments
Billing is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details, and subscriptions can be canceled anytime.
